An update on the new property: we have received the permit from TXDOT for the entry way into the property and all the specifications that need to be followed when widening the drive way. Also we’ve received from SAWS the letter of certification for the water line. The utilities (water, sewer, electricity) are very complicated procedures and require much time. We are working with our engineer who is doing the leg work for us and he is making sure all the paper work necessary is submitted to the proper authorities. We’ve started to submit our monthly payment to the bank since May. Our monthly payment is $3,535. I thank our parishioners for their generosity through the monthly capital campaign donations. God bless you all. Fr. Carlos
