· Parish registration is required prior to  pre-registering for First Eucharist

· Parish Registration forms are located in the parish office and in the foyer of the Church, website www.olghelotes.org

 

Religious

      Participation in the

      OLG Religious Ed.

      Program for nine months

      is a requirement prior to

      preparing for the

      Sacrament of First

      Eucharist

· Current enrollment in a

      Catholic school or a

      document supporting

      participation in a

      previous parish RE

      program are exceptions

· Your child must be in the

      second grade and a

      minimum of 7 yrs of age

· Parents and child are

      required to initially attend                             

      two parent & child sessions

      Also, parents and child are

      required to attend two

      additional sessions   

 

· 10 hours of Community Service are required

       (as a family)

·  Two faith-based family activities are encouraged

Pre-Registration

 

· Must be registered in the parish prior to registering for this

      class. RE requirements fulfilled

· First Eucharist Application form completed and sub-mitted with baptismal certificate prior to beginning of class

· Completed form & baptismal certificate denotes the pre-registration
