MINISTRY WITH HOMELESS FAMILIES
WHO TEMPORARILY RESIDE AT SAMM SHELTER
As a part of our parish’s ministry at the SAMM Center, a team from our parish hosts activities at the Commerce center for families who are guests at the shelter.
Below please find a list of items that are needed for this ministry. Donations can be delivered between 8:00-10:00 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month in the OLG pavilion.

Clothing & Shoes (newborn to 100) Diapers, Pull-Ups & Baby Wipes
Maternity Clothing Infant Care Products (bottles, teethers, etc.)
Pillows & Blankets (handcrafted welcome) Multi-Vitamins (adult & children)
Bath Towels & Washcloths Laundry Supplies (detergent, baskets, etc.)
Gift Wrap, Tape & Ribbons Basic First Aid Kit (can be homemade in Ziploc
Baskets (to be made into gift baskets for prizes) bag – band aids, antibiotic ointment, etc.)
We host this ministry every other month. Please refer to your bulletin for upcoming dates. Volunteers may be teenagers, single adults, couples, families and retired persons.
